- A Disaster Recovery Center (DRC), jointly operated by the State of California’s Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), will open on Thursday, January 25, 2018 in Bonsall to offer residents affected by the December wildfires and flooding, mudflows, and debris flows directly related to the wildfires resources for disaster assistance.
