Speakers will present data demonstrating how specific components of the ACA—including Medicaid Expansion and Covered California—have supported community health centers and in turn improved access to quality health care for the most vulnerable and underserved individuals in the state. In addition to health benefits speakers will share new data surrounding the economic impact of community health centers in California\, which includes $1.2 billion in savings to the Medi-Cal program\, the creation of over 9\,000 jobs and $1.17 million in employment and economic impact of current operations.
