Health Center Partners has contracted with Feldesman Tucker Leifer Fidell LLP (FTLF) to provide a set of compliance training curriculum for HCP members. This curriculum resides within a unique portal (HCP Learning Center) on the FTLF website and includes a library of training resources curated to provide timely and useful technical assistance for members and participants of HCP’s Shared Learning Networks and there is no cost for HCP members to access this information.
Among the many reference materials available within the site, the HCP Learning Center includes unlimited access to on-demand recorded webinars, presentation slides, handouts, toolkits, checklists, sample forms, sample policies and procedures, administrative templates, and other related materials created by FTLF attorneys.
Throughout the year, additional resources will be added to the HCP Learning Center as FTLF creates new content. Links to the User Guide and current summary of contents is below and will be updated periodically as new material is added. Members are encouraged to take advantage of these resources and integrate this curriculum into their internal staff development and training programs.
All users will be required to certify that they will not record, copy, or otherwise share any of the training resources outside of their organization in adherence with HCP’s agreement to protect FTLF’s copyright of the content. A copy of the User Agreement is attached.
