Health Center Partners of Southern California (HCP) is a premier consortium of 17 primary care organizations serving as the voice and advocate for its member community health centers who serve the health needs of communities in Southern California, San Diego, Riverside, and Imperial counties.

Our Family of Companies

Health Center Partners (HCP) is a regional primary care organization and health center controlled network and associated subsidiaries.

Integrated Health Partners (IHP) is a top-tier clinically integrated health care network with over 400,000+ lives under managed care. IHP has been providing high-quality, evidence-based, and data-proven opulation health management solutions since 2015.

Health Quality Partners (HQP) is the innovation hub of HCP. Founded in 1998, HQP investigates opportunities for collaborative grant and contract funding across multiple research categories.

Founded in 1979, CNECT is a national group purchasing organization (GPO) comprising over 11,000+ members. CNECT offers members access to 3,000+ contracts, delivering members a collective savings of $268.75M from key contracts in FY24.
