Our Family of Companies, comprising Health Center Partners (HCP), Integrated Health Partners (IHP), My Choice Quality Care Network (MCQCN), and CNECT, works collaboratively to help our members improve operational efficiencies, deliver high-quality health care, and enhance the lives of patients in our communities.

My Choice Quality Care Network (MCQCN) founded in 2025, is an Accountable Care Organization with 10 health center members and 9,000+ attributed lives serving traditional Medicare beneficiaries through the PC Flex model

CNECT is a group purchasing organization (GPO) trusted by more than half of America's health centers. Founded in 1979, CNECT has everything on contract to build a health center from the ground up and supply it going forward.
