Through the Navigator Program, funded by Covered California, Health Center Partners works with five member health centers to provide on-site, walk-in and appointment-based insurance enrollment assistance for individuals and families who qualify for Covered California.  The Navigator program also provides support for outreach, education, and post enrollment activities.
