This training will provide an in-depth look at the front-end or patient access functions of RCM process and the factors that influence it. Recommendations will be made regarding best practices for the front-end functional area within the RCM process. The objective will be to introduce attendees to a comprehensive view of the front-end of the revenue cycle and the importance of its function to the whole. More details about the training are attached.
Please forward this invitation to other staff (front desk / registration, call center staff) who would benefit from the training. We recognize that these types of individuals may not all be available to leave the health centers due to the nature of their jobs, but we recommend sending 2-3 people who can come to the training and then as “train-the-trainers”, go back and share what they have learned with other staff.
