UPDATES (May 1, 2018)

AB 2428 “Consolidated Licensing” (Gonzalez-Fletcher) – passed Assembly Health Committee and has now been referred to Committee on Appropriations for recommendation and consideration.
AB 2576 “Declared Emergencies” (Aguliar-Curry) – passed Asm Health Committee on 4/11 and referred to Committee on Budget. On 4/25, the bill was amended and passed 16-0 in the Budget Committee and has now been referred to Committee on Appropriations.
AB 2204 “Intermittent Clinics” (Gray) – passed Asm Health Committee on 3/21 and referred to Committee on Appropriations. Passed Appropriations on 4/4 and sent to the Assembly floor. The bill passed the Assembly floor on 4/12 and ordered to the Senate Health Committee on 4/25.
SB 1125 “Same Day Billing” (Atkins) – passed Senate Health Committee on consent on 4/25 and is heading to Senate Appropriations.
