Breast Health Diagnostic Services Fund
In proud partnership with Susan G. Komen San Diego and Barbells for Boobs we are working to improve access to breast health services for low-income, ethnically diverse, uninsured and underinsured community clinic patients throughout San Diego, Imperial and Riverside Counties. The fund allows CCHN to pay for diagnostic services, leading to a definitive diagnosis, for qualified uninsured and underinsured individuals under the age of 40 living in San Diego, Imperial and Riverside Counties.
